And we continue to make small steps towards bringing this vision to life. We strongly believe in the saying "when you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime, when you teach a woman to fish, everyone eats for a lifetime". So, we help women in our own small way, to help fulfill their dreams and aspirations. We source from women-owned small businesses as much as possible. In addition, we sponsor women entrepreneurs through microfinancing platforms to achieve their business aspirations. At RIAAJ, we strive to have a positive impact on our customers, our suppliers, and the community.
