Store Policies


• We ship all items via regular USPS with tracking.

• Delivery times - Usually USPS take 3-6 days depending on your location. The best way is to check tracking online. Sometimes packages can get delayed and this is fully out of our control. Please consider upgrading to priority mail if you need package urgently. The best way to track your package is via the online tracking in USPS using the tracking number you will be provided.

• We do not insure packages as a standard. If you want to add on insurance , additional fees will apply (Insurance highly recommend for international shipments)


• We check all items personally for damage or defects, we actually have 3 quality checks before the products get to you.

• Once you have received the items, please open and check all items.

• If there is any damage during transit or a problem with the item (wrong item, wrong color sent etc) , please inform us within 24-48 hours after receiving the item. We request pictures and videos to assess the issue to assess and will do our best to help resolve. Please note- Returns or damage requests after this window cannot be processed.

• If item is truly defective or damaged (and you have informed us within the window), we will work with you to find a solution. Resolution could include replacement, returns, refund or store credit. For returns or exchanges, we will cover your 1-way return shipping fees.

• Handmade (Thread, Afgani, Terracota), Artisnal, stone (natural or carved) all may have small imperfections due to handmade nature. Please know this is normal and to be expected and not a reason for return.

Returns or exchanges for any other reason except damages aren't accepted in our store, thanks for understanding.

Exceptions for returns/ refunds-

• Please note colors can be slightly different on display screens so we do not take any returns based on color shade. So please keep in mind before ordering. If requested, we’d be happy to send you a video of your items before shipments, just ask us!

• Final sale ,Semi annual sales and clearance items cannot be returned. If the items is damaged in transit, message us and we will help.

Lost packages

• In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, carrier service “tracking information” will be used for final resolution. If the package says delivered and the address is correct as provided by you, we unfortunately cannot help you if you cannot locate the package. We recommend you keep an eye out for packages especially in the busy festive seasons.
